Mercedes-Benz emphasizes the popularity and success of its high-performance vehicles under the Mercedes-AMG brand that has garnered significant growth in 2020, despite the spread of COVID-19 that affected auto industry in Thailand, by introducing “Mercedes-AMG GLA 35 4MATIC”, a high-performance version of its new compact SUV designed under the ‘Mercedes-AMG’ philosophy in every detail. The new Mercedes-AMG GLA 35 4MATIC is priced at THB 3.19 million.

And for the Q4 alone, sales for Mercedes-AMG increased by 33.9%. As a result of that, following the launch of “Mercedes-Benz The new E-Class” this past February, Mercedes-Benz is now ready to introduce “Mercedes-AMG GLA 35 4MATIC”. This new vehicle is not only our second-generation compact SUV with more character, more space and more safety, it is also a Mercedes-AMG version that stands out both in terms of its unprecedented performance and strikingly, sport design that should get Mercedes-AMG fans out there to be truly excited.”

Mercedes-AMG GLA 35 4MATIC is a powerful and versatile compact SUV designed under the philosophy of Mercedes-AMG in every detail. It is powered by a 1,991 cc 4-cylinder engine with Turbocharger and intercooler capable of delivering an outstanding peak output at 306 hp. The engine delivers peak torque at 400 Nm at 3,000-4,000 rpm. Acceleration rate from 0-100 km/h can be done in only 5.1 seconds.

The exterior design stands out with unique Mercedes-AMG design applied throughout the vehicle, starting with the sleek AMG specific radiator grille, new Full LED high-performance headlamps with LED daytime running lights, as well as new 19” AMG 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels.

Inside the cabin, it is an AMG Interior that offers impeccable excitement and precise control with 3-spoke sporty-designed steering wheel covered in nappa leather and Touch control buttons. AMG Sport seats distinctively convey racer’s feeling throughout the road with ARTICO leather alternating with DINAMICA micro-fiber with red stitches and red seat belts. The 64 colors of cabin ambient lighting system add sporty sense to the cabin.
